2. Data we process

• Monitoring requests: email address, company, country, domains and keywords you submit. Purpose: processing your request and, after approval, providing the service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/pre-contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in IT security).
• Server log files: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent. Purpose: operation and abuse prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: 7 days.
• Admin session cookie: technically necessary cookie for the internal admin area. No tracking, no advertising, no third-party analytics.

3. Monitoring data

The service processes publicly available information from leak sites, forums and public Telegram channels. Findings are stored in a database on servers within the EU and are only used to provide the service to the respective customer.

4. Hosting

The service is hosted on servers of Contabo GmbH, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

5. Retention

Request data is stored for the duration of the customer relationship and deleted 12 months after termination, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact: support@tendor-it.de.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, www.lda.bayern.de.

7. Security

This website uses TLS encryption. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, no data transfer to non-EU countries beyond the sources described above.
